While the origins of the unicorn are unknown, our fascination with them spans centuries and continents. Indian miniature art and a Kashmiri papier-mâché jewelry box belonging to our founder Amy's mother were the creative sparks that led us to thinking about how we could combine our love for animals and plants using these mythical creatures. The playful unicorns that we feature in the design among a field of vibrant flowers are a nod to antique tapestries of the sixteenth century, with popular mille-fleur patterns giving us the inspiration for the floral Unicorn's Garden print.
