Return, Exchange + Shipping Policy
Returns & Exchanges
All stationery & accessories are Final Sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
For all orders placed on or after March 21st, sleepwear and robes are not eligible for return, but can be exchanged for a different size, style or print. All items must be unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached.
Steps to Exchange:
1. Place a new order for the correct size/style/print that you would like to receive.
2. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number, your new order number and the reason for your exchange
3. Ship your merchandise back to us along with the packing slip or a note with the order number, to the following address:

Note, we recommend using a carrier that provide tracking information, as we will not be able to process a return without proof of shipment if something happens in-transit.
4. Once the package is received by our office and checked for quality, a refund will be issued. Refunds include the price of your order, minus the cost of shipping. This typically takes 3-5 business days.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are working our hardest to keep our team safe and get orders out in a timely fashion. It may take up to 5 days from the date your order was placed for it to be processed and shipped.
All orders are shipped through USPS. If you need to request expedited service, please send an email to email@example.com to confirm once your order has been placed.
We ship via USPS. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt. Please make sure the address you are entering is in a safe location and accurate. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
We do our very best to quality-check our orders, but mistakes happen! If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and photos of the product.
We will get back to you within 3 business days and organize either a replacement or refund.
Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.
