Returns & Exchanges

Stationery and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless items are damaged or defective.

We accept returns of unwashed, unworn pajamas. Returns can be shipped back to us using a label generated by going to http://printfresh.returnlogic.com. Once received, returns are processed in approximately three days and you will receive a refund for the value of the items minus $7 for shipping.

Sleepwear and robes can also be exchanged for a different size, style or print. Exchanges are free, and you will be provided a shipping label.

Steps to Exchange:

Click here to start a free exchange for your sleepwear. Exchanges include a free prepaid shipping label to return your original set, as well as a free shipping for the new set.

All sleepwear and robes are eligible for exchange within 60 days of purchase.  All items must be unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached. 

1. Complete the form at the link above. 

2. Print and attach return label and send.

3. Once the package is received by our office and checked for quality, we will ship out your exchange. You will receive an email notification once it is en route!

Please note, International purchases are final and cannot be exchanged.

Domestic Shipping

Orders will ship 1-2 business days from the date your order was placed. 

Carrier options at check-out include USPS and UPS. For urgent orders, please send an email to hello@printfresh.com once your order is placed so we can ensure it is shipped ASAP.


International Shipping

We ship via APC, an International postal logistics service. International shipments take approximately 10 days to deliver. You will be asked to pay applicable duties and taxes at the time of purchase, ensuring your package will be delivered by your local carrier without additional contact/fees due at time of delivery. Please make sure the address you are entering is in a safe location and accurate, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Damaged or Defective Items

We do our very best to quality-check our orders, but due to the handmade nature of our product occasionally mistakes occur. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at hello@printfresh.com with details and photos of the product. 

We will get back to you within 1-2 business days and organize either a replacement or refund.
