Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unwashed, unworn pajamas. Returns can be shipped back to us using a label generated by clicking here. Once received, returns are processed in approximately three days and you will receive a refund for the value of the items minus $7 for shipping.

Sleepwear and robes can be exchanged for a different size, style or print. Exchanges are free, and you will be provided a shipping label.

All sleepwear and robes are eligible for exchange within 60 days of purchase.  All items must be unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached. 

1. Complete the form at the link above. 

2. Print and attach return label and send.

3. Once the package is received by our office and checked for quality, we will ship out your exchange. You will receive an email notification once it is en route!

Please note, International purchases are final and cannot be exchanged.

Domestic Shipping

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are working our hardest to keep our team safe and get orders out in a timely fashion. It may take 1-2 days from the date your order was placed for it to be processed and shipped.

All orders are shipped through USPS. If you need to request expedited service, please send an email to to confirm once your order has been placed.

International Shipping

We ship via USPS. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt. Please make sure the address you are entering is in a safe location and accurate. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

We do our very best to quality-check our orders, but mistakes happen! If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at with details and photos of the product. 

We will get back to you within 1-2 business days and organize either a replacement or refund.
