Shipping + Return Policy
We ship business days, Monday through Friday from our Philadelphia office. All orders are shipped through USPS and will ship within 3 business days. Orders that have requested expedited service before 3:00 PM will be sent for delivery that day. Orders placed on national holidays will be shipped the following business day.
We ship via USPS. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt. Please make sure the address you are entering is in a safe location and accurate. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All stationery & accessories are Final Sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Pajamas and sleepwear are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached.
Steps to Return:
1. Email email@example.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. If the item is eligible to be returned, a shipping label will be issued.
3. Print and attach return label and send.
4. Once the package is received by our office and checked for quality, a refund will be issued. This typically takes 3-5 business days.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. In order to get you your new item or size as fast as possible, please place a new order. Additionally, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you are returning with your order number and we will send you a prepaid label via email.
Damaged or Defective Items
We do our very best to quality-check our orders, but mistakes happen! If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at email@example.com with details and photos of the product.
We will get back to you within 1-2 business days and organize either a replacement or refund.
Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.
