Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping over $250 domestically, flat rate shipping of $8 on orders $75-$250 and $6 on orders less than $75. Expedited shipping is available. We ship world-wide with APC with an average 10 day transit time.

Domestic Shipping

Most orders ship within 1 business days from the date you place your order.

Due to our high order volume during our Warehouse Sale period, there could be delays for your shipment. Please contact hello@printfresh.com if you do not receive a shipping notification within 3 business days.

Orders placed after 3pm, will be shipped the following business day.

Carrier options at check-out include USPS and UPS. For urgent orders, please send an email to hello@printfresh.com once your order is placed so we can confirm that the speed of shipping selected will get it there on time, and ensure it is shipped out ASAP. Express or Overnight orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next day.

Please note, USPS is currently experiencing service delays in many areas.

Holiday Shipping

To get your orders by 12/25:

Order by 12/15 for Domestic Standard Shipping
Order by 12/20 3pm EST for 2nd Day Air
Order by 12/21 3pm EST for Next Day Air

International Shipping

We ship international orders via APC, an International postal logistics service. International shipments take approximately 10 days to deliver. You will be asked to pay applicable duties and taxes at the time of purchase, ensuring your package will be delivered by your local carrier without additional contact/fees due at time of delivery.

Please make sure the address you are entering is in a safe location and accurate, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
