Returns + Exchanges

We accept returns of unwashed, unworn sleepwear and robes purchased directly on our site within 60 days of purchase, unless item is marked Final Sale. Sleepwear purchased in flash sales events must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All stationery and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless damaged or defective. Please note, all International purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Exchanges for sleepwear and robes purchased domestically, directly on our website are free of charge, and include a free prepaid shipping label to return your original set, as well as free shipping for your new set. If the exchange is for an item of a greater value you will be emailed an invoice for the difference. For exchanges made for an item of lesser cost, a refund will be made to the original method of payment. Refunds for returns will include the value of the item(s) minus a flat $7 shipping fee.

Steps to Return or Exchange

All items must be unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached. 

1. Click the link above and submit the form, selecting the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
2. Print the prepaid shipping label that is generated for you.
3. Attach the label and ship the package.
4. Once the package is received by our warehouse and checked for quality, we will ship out your exchange or process your refund within 3-5 business days. Shipping is free for exchanges. A flat $7 shipping fee is deducted from all refunds for returned items.
5. You will receive an email notification once your return/exchange has been processed.

Returns/Exchanges for Items Purchased in a Flash Sale Event

The return/exchange window for Flash Sale Events is 30 days.

To make an exchange for merchandise purchased through a flash sale event, please email hello@printfresh.com with your name and order number, and a discount code equal to the flash sale discount will be provided. You will then need to return your original purchase as per the instructions below, and place a new order for the desired item(s) - note, only items available during the flash sales event are eligible for purchase with the provided discount code.

To return an item purchased through a flash sale event, please ship your return back (along with the packing slip or a note including your name and order number) to us at the following address:

We recommend shipping using a service that provides a tracking number, as we can only issue refunds for returns we receive or show delivered via tracking. Once we receive the merchandise, we will issue a refund and you will receive an email confirmation. Please note, it can take 3-5 business days after you receive the refund notification for it to be fully processed and appear on your credit card statement.

 

Gift Cards + Refunds on Gift Card Orders

Please note we are unable to offer cash refunds for gift card purchases.

Our payment processor automatically refunds payment to the original form(s) of payment used. If you paid with a gift card, the funds will go back to your gift card. If you paid partially with a gift card and partially with a credit card, the funds paid by gift card will go back to that gift card, and the funds paid by credit card will be refunded to the same card. Refilled gift cards can be reused on your next order. Our gift cards do not expire.

Damaged or Defective Items

We do our very best to quality-check our orders, but due to the handmade nature of our product mistakes occasionally happen. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at hello@printfresh.com with details and photos of the damages. 

We will get back to you within 1-2 business days and organize a replacement or refund.

Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.
