How does your PJ sizing work?

You can check our Sizing Guide to see which size would suit you best. We recommend ordering your usual letter size. If you are in between sizes we recommend sizing down. You’re always welcome to reach out to our customer service team on our chat feature on our website with your specific measurements so we can give you a personalized recommendation.

Do you offer specialty sizes (petite and tall sizes)?

At this time, we don’t offer tall or petite sizes, but we are always interested in knowing what our customers are looking for when they shop with us. We appreciate hearing if this is something you would be interested in for future seasons, so feel free to email us at hello@printfresh.com.

What sizes do you offer?

All new collections are available in sizes XXS-4X. We don't currently offer 5X or 6X, but if you are interested in seeing those sizes in the future then please let us know by emailing hello@printfresh.com. We always appreciate the feedback!

What is your waitlist and how does it work?

When you add your email or phone number for a waitlisted item, you’ve secured your chance to get notified when an out-of-stock style becomes available. We often reorder our styles and continue many prints across seasons, so if you don't see your size in stock be sure to sign up to get a notification so you can be the first to know about availability. If you do not see an option to add yourself to the waitlist it means that the style is going to be discontinued and will not be re-ordered. 

How does your pre-sale work?

Sometimes when collections are about to arrive we list them early to make them available for pre-order. This means that you will check out as usual and the item will be available on the date listed. On occasion there may be a slight delay, but almost all orders will ship on time or very close to the date. You will be notified if there will be a delay and when your item ships.

What are your returns + exchanges policies?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Shop Pay.

How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an auto-email containing your tracking number. If you have not received a shipping alert within 3 business days of placing your order, or you notice an error when you track your package, please email us at  hello@printfresh.com.

What are your shipping options?
We offer UPS,USPS First Class Shipping, USPS Priority Mail (about 3 days)  and USPS Priority Mail Express (one day).

Where is your sale section?
Since we have timeless collections which are re-stocked, we rarely discount, but we will be holding two special sales a year. Signing up for our email list is the best way to get alerts about these biannual sale events.
