How do I mark my order as a gift?
Thank you for choosing Printfresh as your gift!  To send a gift order, please include a note in the "Special Instructions" field of your cart stating that the item is a gift.  You can also include any special messages for the recipient in this field.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Shop Pay.

What size should I order?
You can check our Sizing Guide to see which size would suit you best. We recommend ordering your usual letter size. If you're ordering a set and usually wear a different size in tops and bottoms, we recommend you choose the larger of your two sizes. You’re always welcome to reach out to our customer service team on our chat feature on our website with your specific measurements so we can give you a personalized recommendation.

What sizes do you offer?
All new collections are available in sizes XXS-4X. We just launched sizes 5X and 6X in a few of our all-time favorite designs, and hope to add more styles in these sizes in the near future. If you are interested in seeing other sizes, please let us know by emailing us at hello@printfresh.com. We always appreciate the feedback!

Do you offer specialty sizes (petite and tall sizes)?
We are currently phasing out our XXS size in favor of a shorted XXS/P (Petite) option, which you will start to see for all new styles released in 2021. We also added Tall pajama pants in a few of our favorite prints, in sizes S-XL. We are always interested in knowing what our customers are looking for when they shop with us, so if you have feedback or additional size requests feel free to email us at hello@printfresh.com.

What is your waitlist and how does it work?
When you add your email or phone number for a waitlisted item, you will get automatically notified when it becomes available again. We continue many prints and styles across seasons, so if you don't see your size in stock be sure to sign up so you can be the first to know about availability. If you do not see an option for a waitlist, it means that the style will be discontinued and will not be restocked. 

How does your pre-sale work?
Sometimes when collections are about to arrive we make them available early for pre-order. You can check out as usual, and the item (along with any other items in your order) will be shipped to you on or before the date listed. On occasion there may be a slight delay, but almost all orders ship on time. You will be notified when your item ships.

What do I do if I got cleaning, cleansing, or acne products on my pjs or robe?
Oh no! Clothing that comes in contact with common household or beauty products can become discolored or bleached. Take caution with alcohol-based products with any clothing you own. If your pajamas or robe comes in contact with any products that contain acid, alkaline, bleach or alcohol, clean the fabric as soon as possible to prevent damage. Prolonged contact with chemicals can create color loss, faint staining, or depending on toxicity can even lead to holes, so the faster you rinse and launder the fabric the better.

How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an auto-email containing your tracking number. If you have not received a shipping alert within 3 business days of placing your order, or you notice an error when you track your package, please email us at  hello@printfresh.com.

What are your shipping options?
We offer UPS,USPS First Class Shipping, USPS Priority Mail (about 3 days)  and USPS Priority Mail Express (one day).

Where is your sale section?
We rarely offer discounts on our products, since we have timeless collections that are often re-stocked. However, we hold two special sales a year. Sign up for our email list to get alerts about these biannual sale events.

About our company:

How many employees do you have? 
Our small in-house team is made up of co-founders Amy and Leo Voloshin, 4 full-time employees and 3 part-time employees. We all currently work remotely, and look forward to eventually working together under one roof together in Philadelphia in the future. 
Who is your CEO? Is your company female run?
Since we're a small team we don't usually use formal titles, but Amy is our Founder and Creative Director. She makes most decisions for the company and is the majority owner, while her husband Leo is our general manager and oversees many of the day to day functions of our business.
