Orders

How do I mark my order as a gift?

Thank you for choosing Printfresh as your gift! We offer beautiful gift wrapping that includes a hand written note. You can add gift wrapping by selecting Add Custom Gift Wrap in your cart. If you would like to add a card without including wrapping please send an email to hello@printfresh.com. All orders are sent with a gift receipt only.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Shop Pay.

Do you have a phone number?

We sure do! Our Contact Us Form is the quickest way to reach us, however, if you prefer a phone call please leave a message at  (267) 610-0628 and we will return your call during business hours 

Do you offer monogramming?

Yes! We offer monogramming on select styles, including our pajama sets and pouches. You can see full details on our personalization options here.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer digital gift cards that can be sent via email to your recipient of choice.

Sizing

What size should I order?

You can check our Sizing Guide to see which size would suit you best. We recommend ordering your usual letter size. If you're ordering a set and usually wear a different size in tops and bottoms, we recommend you choose the larger of your two sizes. You’re always welcome to reach out to our customer service team on our chat feature on our website with your specific measurements so we can give you a personalized recommendation.

What is your size range?

With sizes from XXS– 6X, including petite and tall options, we're here to ensure everyone feels seen and celebrated—because our prints are made to brighten your day. We also offer a limited selection of kids and mens styles. For sizing recommendations, please visit our Fit Guide.

Do you offer petite or tall sizing?

Yes, we offer petite and tall sizing.

Shipping

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an auto-email containing your tracking number. If you have not received a shipping alert within 3 business days of placing your order, or you notice an error when you track your package, please email us at hello@printfresh.com. Please note that during sale periods, we experience higher than usual volume and delays are to be expected.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, for more information on international purchases visit our Shipping Policy Page. Please note international orders are final sale.

What are your shipping options?

We offer UPS, USPS First Class Shipping, USPS Priority Mail (about 3 days) and USPS Priority Mail Express (one day).

What is PF Shipping Protection?

Rest easy knowing your purchase is in good hands. PF Shipping Protection covers loss, damage, theft, missing or wrong items, return to sender and other carrier mishaps. If you purchase PF Shipping Protection with your order, and your order is lost*, damaged, or stolen**, please email hello@printfresh.com to initiate a claim.

A domestic package is considered lost 15 days after it has been mailed and not marked "delivered." A package is considered stolen if it has been marked "delivered" and is not received by you within 3 business days following the delivery scan. Please make sure you check with your local post office or UPS office to make sure they are not holding your package for you before filing a claim with us. If your product is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us within 30 days of your order being shipped by email at hello@printfresh.com

Once we are able to confirm your claim, you will receive a one-time replacement of the merchandise you ordered. If you are eligible to receive a replacement, please allow 3 business days for us to ship your items. If the merchandise you purchased is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement or offer a refund in the form of store credit.

To file a claim please send an email to hello@printfresh.com with your order number, reason for claim (stolen, lost damaged) If your package is damaged, please include a photo with your claim. Also include any attempts made to locate your package.

*Orders lost due to incorrect shipping address will not be refunded/replaced. **Replacements will not be issued for lost or stolen orders outside of North America.

Returns & Exchanges

What are your returns + exchanges policies?

At Printfresh, we want you to be completely happy with every
purchase as these styles are designed to spark joy. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

Items purchased within30 DAYS of receipt are eligible for
returns and exchanges.

FINAL SALE items are not returnable or refundable and items marked exchanges only can only be exchanged. Our policies are detailed on our Return Policy Page.

What about refunds on gift card orders?

We're happy to accept returns on orders paid fully or partially with a gift card. Please note we are unable to offer cash refunds for gift card purchases.

Our payment processor automatically refunds payment first to the original form of payment, so if you paid with a gift card, the funds will go back to your gift card, and any remaining funds owed after your gift card is filled up will go to your credit card. The gift card you used for your order can be reused on your next order. Our gift cards never expire. If you need any assistance, please contact our customer help team at hello@printfresh.com.

Are monogrammed items returnable?

Monogrammed items are all final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Are international orders returnable?

Please note international orders are final sale.

Discounts & Rewards

How do I redeem my Dream Team points?

To use your Dream Team points you first will need to log into your account. You will see your order history at the top, followed by your current points balance. If you scroll to the bottom of the page to Redeem for Discounts, you will see what gift cards are available for you to purchase with your points.

Click Redeem and a code will be generated! You can click the small squares to copy and then paste them into the Discount Code box at checkout! You can redeem more then one code per order and Dream Team rewards can be combined with sale codes. Please email hello@printfresh.com for assistance!

Do you have sales?

We hold a few special sales a year. Sign up for our email list to get alerts about these sale events. Please note only 1 promo code can be used per order.  

Do you offer discounts for design professionals looking to purchase from our Home collection?

Yes! We offer 20% off to design professionals on our Home collection, please email hello@printfresh.com or chat us online and we would be happy to help you out.

Can I apply combine discount codes?

Currently, we only allow one discount code per order. Please ensure you are using the best code available to you at checkout. You may combine discount codes with Dream Team rewards, just redeem for a gift card and apply at checkout.

Monogramming

How Does Monogramming Work?

Add a special personalized touch to your favorite PJs. Our pocket monogram will shut the pocket. The monogram will go through to the inside of the pajamas. A personal monogram is exactly what it suggests — your own initials. For a 3 initial monogram, it’s pretty straightforward. The monogram goes from your first initial to your last initial, followed by your middle initial. For example, if your name were Kathryn Marian Gaskill, you would enter you initials as KGM in the monogram box.

Are monogrammed items final sale?

Monogrammed items are all final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

How do I double-check my monogram before it ships?

Shop Pay Installments

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with Rates from 0% APR to 10-36% APR interest.  Payment options through Shop PAy Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required.  State notices to consumers https://www.affirm.com/licenses.

What if I make a return on a purchase made through Installments with Shop Pay?

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:

  • A smaller payment balance on the final payment
  • Less future payments on the remaining loan balance

If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

Are there late fees?

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay Installments on Shop Pay?

The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.
