Refund policy

All stationery and accessories are final sale, and not eligible for return or exchange.

We accept returns of unwashed, unworn pajamas. Once the return is received, a refund will be issued for the value of the items minus $7 for shipping.

Sleepwear and robes can also be exchanged for a different size, style or print. Exchanges are free, and you will be provided a shipping label.

Please note, all international orders are final sale.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at hello@printfresh.com with details and photos of the product. We will review your claim and replace the item or refund you within 3-5 business days.
