Behind the Print: Snoozing Sloths
From endless social media asks to plentiful suggestions from friends, we’ve received so many requests for a sloth print over the years. It’s safe to say these adorable critters are well-loved, so we really wanted to find a fun and unique way to showcase them in all their glory. Sloths are definitely the perfect critters for PJs — they’re slow and sleepy, just like the perfect Sunday morning spent in colorful pajamas and a cozy robe.
Our Snoozing Sloths are based off of the Pygmy Three-Toed Sloth, a small species only found on Escudo de Veragua, off the Caribbean coast of Panama. It’s thought that there may only be 50 of these sloths left in the world! We loved incorporating lots of tropical foliage into the print to give them a beautiful canopy to relax in. The Printfresh team is also full of houseplant lovers, so we made sure to include a couple of lush favorites like monstera and bromeliad.

Amy enjoys traveling during the winter months since the weather in the North East can be so gloomy.
